  Find a distraction in the game and it will change, you will not pay as much attention to these off days as you do now. If you go only for the race results, of course off days get on your nerves. For me as well. But, for example, if I want to train talents more than winning the races I get into, then I don't really take into consideration these off days. Of course it is annoying and maybe unfair, b

  I had a TT race I completed today. My top 2 TT guys had off days and a 3rd TT guy had a mechanical. A 4th guy finished like 16th place. Why does the game insist on hobbling the best riders so that they can not even be competitive? (my TT guys are in no way all that good) This game is starting to suck more and more with each additional OFF DAY!

  I guess the only thing you can do about all of these off days is to quit the game just like many other fed up managers have. If a real pro cyclist had as many off days as you get in this game they wouldn't be a pro rider for very long...
